Fusion integration user (least-privilege, read-only HCM roles recommended)

HCM_PASSWORD
secret

Integration user password (basic auth). Alternatively store in the OS credential store under service 'fusion-hcm-mcp-server' and omit this.

CONFIG_FILE

Optional path to a config.toml for advanced settings (modules, feature flags, OAuth2, limits). Env vars override file values.
