Override the fetchproxy WebSocket port (default 37149).

ZILLOW_COMMUNITIES_FILE

Path to a JSON file containing a string array that overrides the default community vocabulary used for feature extraction.

Path to a JSON file of [a, b] locality pairs (each registered both ways) that overrides the default locality aliases used by the address resolver.

ZILLOW_OUTPUT_DIR

Directory zillow_sweep_area writes its optional output_path JSON files into (default ~/Downloads/zillow-mcp); paths outside it are refused.

ZILLOW_DEBUG

Set to 1 for verbose fetchproxy transport logging to stderr.

FETCHPROXY_WS_HOST

Bind interface for the fetchproxy concentrator, a literal IP only (default 127.0.0.1). Keep on loopback; it exists for hosted deployments that run each MCP in its own network namespace.

FETCHPROXY_IDENTITY_DIR

Absolute path where the fetchproxy long-term identity keypair is stored (default ~/.fetchproxy/identity/).
