Self-hosted deployments only.

Set to 1 for read-only mode: recall/search/list_memories/engram/stats only, no write or delete tools.

WONTOPOS_ALLOW_STORE_OVERRIDE

Set to 1 to let tools take a user_id argument (multi-store). Default: every call is pinned to WONTOPOS_USER_ID.
